Mr. Wright has been involved in real estate investments and development for over 30 years.

His experience(s) include the design and construction of extreme upper-end homes, the beautification of countless properties and the ownership and management of dozens of commercial income properties.

He pioneered the conversion of several luxury apartment complexes into condominiums (one of which was the first ever in Denver).

Mr Wright has successfully developed several pieces of land (golf course and ski-area locations) into residential building sites.He served on the Architectural Review Committee of one of the Denver areas highest quality developments.

For 25 years, he has owned a luxury villa in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, which was featured on the cover of Travel and Leisure magazine.

Mr. Chavez is a native of Sayulita, Mexico. Speaking flawless English belies the fact that he was actually raised in the jungle. He knows Mexico – the culture, the people and the agrarian law - a key asset in Mexican land development.

As the former General Manager of an exotic resort in Sayulita, Oscar has formed numerous friendships as well as many valuable business and important government contacts.

Janet has had many involvements in both the world of business and design.

Janet has owned and managed a specialized women's exercise salon. She's also been involved with several non-profit organizations over the years. Recently, she undertook special studies in interior design. One of her design projects was featured in Colorado Homes and Lifestyles magazine.

Janet brings many assets and talents to the Chacala del Mar development.
