Chacala del Mar will be a country–feeling community within a development of approximately 45 acres that may also include a quaint little boutique hotel. The entire parcel hugs the shoreline and is surrounded by orchards. Chacala del Mar begins just a few hundred feet from the south end of the beach that fronts Chacala bay and extends one kilometer south. [approx. 6/10ths of a mile]. These are some of its features:
